New Homeownership Assistance Program

Attn: Builders, Developers, First Time Homebuyers,

The NOAH Foundation, Inc . (NOAH Foundation) offers “first time homebuyers” or homebuyers who do not currently own a primary residence the opportunity to own affordable New Construction homes!

The NOAH Foundation. will provide down payment and closing cost assistance in the form of a zero percent (0%) interest rate, deferred Second Mortgage for new construction eligible “first time homebuyers” and “next-time repeat homebuyers” in an amount up to 35% of the new construction home purchase price.

For example, for a $200,000 purchase price there would be up to $70,000 of down payment and closing cost assistance through the NOAH Foundation program. This assistance amount may be further increased by including funds from any additional City and/or County down payment assistance programs! In Orange County, we would assist your eligible homebuyer in obtaining a possible additional $30,000 to $37,500 of funds for a grand total of between $100,000 and $107,500 in down payment and closing cost assistance and a current 30 year fixed “below-market” interest rate (as low as 5.29% as of 5/2007)!
