This Free Seminar will provide information on current Down Payment Assistance programs for Osceola & Orange County, the “Up to $8,000 Federal Tax Credit” as well as the State of Florida’s Mortgage Revenue Bond Program providing down payment assistance and below market interest rate and closing cost mortgage financing to maximize Homebuyer buying power.

Homebuyers interested in purchasing their first or next home will learn how to apply for and receive down payment assistance, below-market interest rate and below-market closing cost mortgage financing to help them maximize affordability in their 2010 home acquisitions.

The goal of this seminar is to prepare homebuyers with the knowledge necessary to efficiently and affordably purchase their first or next home in today’s challenging real estate market!
